1. Shipping

Pepelù will make and package your jewellery with care and in the shortest possible time. Shipments are usually made within 24/48 hours (working days) from confirmation of payment. We ask you to consider that in some periods of the year it may take a few more days. In case of urgency, please write to us in the notes during the purchase process and we will do our best to meet your needs. After shipping your order, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your package. Customers are kindly requested to check the package received upon delivery by the courier before signing for it. Pepelù packages are carefully packed and sealed. In the event that the package appears to have been tampered with, customers are requested to sign for receipt with reservation, or refuse the delivery. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during office hours; no deliveries are made on public holidays and holidays. Pepelù is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or to force majeure events beyond Pepelù's control.

2. Availability

Should the components or stones of the desired item no longer be available at the time of order confirmation on the online store www.pepelu.it, we reserve the right to replace the stone with the most similar in shape and colour where possible. We will constantly update the site by removing discontinued items.
In the event that replacement is not possible, we shall promptly notify and refund the Customer of the amount paid and the contract shall be deemed terminated between the parties.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Pepelù protects and guarantees complete customer satisfaction.
If the customer is not satisfied with his or her purchase, he or she may exercise his or her right of return, without penalty, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product purchased on www.pepelu.it.
The right of withdrawal shall be deemed to have been properly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:

The return request is communicated by e-mail to shop@pepelu.it.
Pepelù will send the Return Form, which will be completed in all its fields and sent by e-mail or inserted inside the parcel.
In the case of defective goods, Pepelù will bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises, after establishing its liability for the manufacturing error.
If the reason for return is different from the above, a refund will be made, but the cost of shipping the goods back will be borne by the Customer.

3.2
If the object is damaged due to improper use of the object, the reimbursement will be reduced by the immediate value of the object.

3.3
The product must be returned in its original packaging, which is considered to all intents and purposes to be an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole outer packaging. By original packaging is meant the entire packaging, which includes the cloth bag or box.

3.4
The returned product must be delivered to the address Via J. Vittorelli 36, 36061 Bassano del Grappa (VI) Italy, within 14 days from the date of formal communication to Pepelù of the wish to rescind the contract, by inserting the order number on the package containing the returned item.

3.5
The refund must be made by the same means of payment used by Pepelù for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has agreed otherwise, but at no extra cost to the latter.

3.6
Returns authorised by Pepelù must be sent from the same country as the original order.

If all the required conditions have been met in full, Pepelù will refund the customer the full price of the purchased product.
Pepelù will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions listed above. In such cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of custom-made or customised items.

4. Time and Method of Reimbursement

As soon as Pepelù has received the return and checked that all requirements have been met, it will send the Customer an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return, or, if anomalies have been detected, an e-mail rejecting the return.
Regardless of the payment method used by the Customer, Pepelù will refund the Customer in the shortest time possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, i.e. once it has received the returned goods and verified that the withdrawal has taken place in compliance with all the above conditions and the integrity of the product received has been verified.
The actual time for re-crediting depends on the payment method used.
For purchases made with a credit card, the time it takes to see the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. The value date of the re-credit will be the same as that of the debit, so that you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
For purchases made via PayPal, the refund will be made to the Customer's PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The actual reimbursement to the credit card from the Customer's PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
In the event of a gift, reimbursement will be made to the person who made the payment.
